SITE ACQUISITION SPECIALIST
Site Acquisition Specialist – Rhode Island and Connecticut
Content Communications, Inc. (CCI) is a leader in providing zoning and site acquisition services to support developers and operators of communications towers, site facilities and critical wireless infrastructure providers.

Site Acquisition/Zoning Specialists
Will manage the site development process for wireless tower facilities in Rhode Island, Connecticut. Experience in site identification, qualification, land purchase and lease negotiations, local land use permitting/zoning and building permit approval required.
Minimum of 2 to 5 years prior site acquisition, wireless or utilities experience. Strong MS Office skills as well as strong ability to maintain project schedules.
