Seeking a seasoned Construction Manager.
• Responsible for Wireless Installation and construction projects for the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Contract management, Budget control, Engineer cost estimate.
• Division P&L.
• SOW, MOP development for all wireless projects
• Mod site builds
• New build construction T-Mobile California.
• Project staff selection.
• Responsible for insuring Company Tower Safety program meets OSHA standard.
