|
An exciting telecommunications start-up seeks a senior financial executive with significant startup experience.
The candidate will be responsible for contributing on securing an one-time Angel-VC funding, based on patent-pending idea, completed wireless video proto-type, and collected market research data.
The candidate should be an extremely entrepreneurial person who wants to effectively be a co-founder. It is also vital that the candidate be a team player.
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to attract angels or VCs
- Negotiate terms with "big" angel or "small" VC
- Maintain daily accounting payroll and tax deduction work
- Help on closing International and Domestic sales deals
Qualification:
- MBA or
- Certified Accountant
Salary: Significant equity compensation. Company is funded by founders and salary may not be available for 4 months. Company needs to make further advancements on finnancing and sales. For this reason, the candidate must be very entrepreneurial in that they are seeking to be an owner as opposed to merely an employ.
