Job Requisition: Wireless Sales Development Manager for India
Department: Sales
Reports To: Director of Asia/Pac Wireless Sales
Job Location: Bangalore, India
Replacement/New Position: New
General Job Functions:
Manage Wireless business in India through direct sales channelEstablish relationship with key strategic wireless accounts in IndiaDevelop and implement territory sales strategiesEffectively demonstrate all of wireless productsProvide field-based technical support and training to customers
General Requirements:
Strong understanding of telecommunications applications and markets
Familiar with data and wireless communications principles.Demonstrated track record of superior sales resultsUtilizes professional sales techniquesAbility to effectively team with distributor/direct sales force to develop solution for IndiaStrong interest in problem solvingStrong communications skills (oral and written).
Able to explain complex concepts and procedures clearly
Fluent in written and spoken English
Experience:
5+ Years Business development and /or sales management
Education:BSEE minimum,MSEE preferred
Test Measurement Industry preferred
Wireless industry required
Personal Characteristics:
Outgoing personalitySelf motivated β able to work independently Good problem solving skills β able to quickly formulate appropriate responses to questions.
Shows ability to quickly grasp new concepts
Excellent listening skills
