Job Description
|
Looking for a Solution Architect - Application Mobility Architecture. The person should be a Postgraduate in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with 15 years of experience. The role and responsibilities will include:
Defining technology/solution roadmaps, build/buy analysis, participation in architectural forums and performing architecture/technical evaluations. Will be expected to be a leader and mentor, capable of exercising influence both within and outside the Organization
Development of reference architecture for application mobility
Lead the creation of Usage scenarios to help drive requirements for enabling mobility for enterprise applications and influence features/functionalities in Mobility Products/Platforms
Initiate and drive engagement with outside organizations including Universities and Product vendors to influence related standards and product features
Shall have the ability to communicate technical concepts at different levels of abstraction, and to possess extensive knowledge in multiple aspects of wireless technology
Shall have leadership, influencing skills and excellent communication skills. The candidate should be able to work efficiently with resources across multiple business groups and geographies
Shall be a team player, self-motivated, committed and accountable
The candidate should have 15 years of IT experience, of which with at least 5 years of direct experience in architecture/design and development of mobile applications and/or enabling enterprise and business applications for mobility
Extensive experience in Microsoft technologies including middleware technologies used to enable mobility for enterprise and business applications
Good understanding of the key underlying wireless transport technologies will be an added advantage
