Senior Web Portal Analyst
The Senior Web Portal Analyst provides deep subject matter expertise for Mobile in the areas of
web portal requirements, design, development and implementation. This role provides detailed
functional and business process support to both internal and external organizations as required to
ensure Mobile’s release plans and ongoing operations are meeting business needs. A key
component of this role is creating, validating, and prioritizing business requirements in the web portal.
This includes significant coordination with the web portal vendor to ensure requirements are being implemented in a fashion acceptable to the business, validation of vendor-supplied estimates, and support for vendor requests of Mobile. This role will also provide subject matter expertise to Mobile’s integration testing team. The Senior Web Portal Analyst leads or drives: requirements definition, including use cases, activity diagrams, and screen mockups when necessary; providing direction and clarification to developers, project managers, and testers on web portal requirements and issues; coordination with business, architecture, and testing stakeholders of functional requests and enhancement; validation that user requirements are met in delivered web portal components; and demonstration of completed portal functionality as appropriate to stakeholder groups within Mobile.

Validation of vendor deliverables and testing to ensure compliance with Mobile's

Issue management and resolution within Mobile and the vendor 25%
· 5 to 7 years of experience designing and developing web applications
· Demonstrated knowledge in the technologies and business processes that compose web portal applications.
· Ability to work with the business in the development and articulation of business requirements.
· Review and validation of vendor estimates for individual requirements or overall release deliveries.
· Experience in wireless business applications and support systems
· Experience working with vendor providers a plus.
· Bachelors Degree in business or technical field required.
